Roza Khayrulina has worked as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant since 2012 and is the Senior Designated Immigration Paralegal at the Deer Lake Law Group. Roza has assisted countless individuals and families obtain Permanent Residence and Citizenship in Canada, through Family Class sponsorship, as Federal Skilled Worker/Federal Skilled Trades, Canadian Experience Class, through the Provincial Nominee programs, Study and Work permit and other immigration programs. She also assisted Canadian employers with their Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) application process.
Roza’s motivation to assist others with their immigration dream stems from Roza’s own immigration story. In 1997, she was, herself, a new immigrant to Canada. She recalls being overwhelmed by the process of endless forms… the worry and confusion. Her personal immigration journey means that Roza is keenly sympathetic to the experience of her clients and can address their concerns as they must patiently wait to hear from CIC and other Canadian Immigration authorities in other parts of the world.
Roza holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Tashkent University, and prior to moving to Canada, worked as a Research Scientist at the UzGiproZem facility, in Uzbekistan.
Being fluent in English and Russian, Roza volunteered as translator for the Sochi Olympics in 2014 and for Vancouver Olympics in 2010.
Now, most of Roza’s free time is dedicated to pet-sitting her grand-dogs Taco and Zuka, but whenever possible, Roza escapes to the mountains to hike and ski. Roza is also a certified scuba diver and one of her greatest underwater adventure was a shark encounter just off the coast of Maui, USA.
