Tiffany Mah, B.Com., LL.B., is an Associate at the Deer Lake Law Group.

Tiffany completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting and Business Technology Management from the University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) from the Queen Mary University of London, UK. Tiffany was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2018.

At the Deer Lake Law Group, Tiffany assists clients in an efficient and cost-effective manner, with diverse legal matters including complex Family Law issues, Civil Litigation, Debt Collection, Provincial Small Claims Court, Immigration Appeals, Criminal Defense, and Landlord/ Tenant Disputes. Tiffany regularly attends court proceedings, various hearings, and trials in the Provincial Court, Supreme Court of BC, Immigration Appeal Division (IAD), and Residential Tribunal Board (RTB). She always provides clients with practical legal solutions and prioritizes direct communication and transparency when helping clients navigate the legal process.

In addition to her experience as a litigator, Tiffany handles solicitors’ work including Incorporation, Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and drafting various Agreements and Letters as her clients require.

For the last four years, Tiffany has been an active volunteer for Access to Pro-Bono and is highly committed to serving people who face social inequality. She is engaged with various other charitable organizations, including the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Born and raised in Vancouver, Tiffany is making a positive impact in the community with her passion and drive for advocacy, and no-nonsense approach to resolving legal matters in a timely manner.
